From concept to completion, we'll work with your design professionals, project managers and on-site personnel to help keep your project on time and on budget!
The process starts with precise take-off's from your construction drawings, we use Bluebeam Revu for accuracy and ease of calculations. The next step is modeling the project in Rem/Rate software, advise of any necessary design changes and print & stamp the necessary documentation to obtain your permit. We support your staff and subcontractors throughout the build.
We'll perform an on-site rough inspection to verify insulation values, air sealing. We'll perform duct testing either at rough or at final, infiltration testing and on-site verification of all mandatory measures at the final inspection stage. Once everything passes, you will receive all signed and stamped necessary documentation to obtain your certificate of occupancy.
